Alicia Arroyo Lucas | Chapter Director

Alicia is a Director at MobileNet Services, an engineering firm that specializes in delivering RF services to the wireless industry, with clients such as, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Ericsson, and Crown Castle. Prior to MobileNet, she worked as an Implementation Manager at Ericsson and a Field Engineer at Nortel Networks.

In 2017, Alicia launched Connecting Women of MobileNet, an internal organization focused on supporting female roles within the company through education and collaboration. She has a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from DeVry University, an M.B.A. with emphasis in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and is PMP certified. In 2013, she was honored with the DeVry Alumni Association Rising Star award and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology, an award presented by the non-profit Advancing Women in Technology. Alicia is also an active member of the Project Management Institute, Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum, Women In Technology International, and the National Hispanic Business Women Association.

Alicia is a compassionate leader that looks at the challenges young girls face today and sees opportunities for their achievement through organizations like ChickTech. She is honored to lead the Orange County chapter in making a difference in our community and across our nation.

Aruna Ravishankar | Fundraising Director

Aruna is the founder of Synceriti, a consulting company offering services for software engineering and implementation, technical program/project management and global resourcing. Prior to establishing her own company, Aruna was a Vice President at Optum Technology (UnitedHealth Group) responsible for initiating, executing and advancing technology and product strategies/solutions for United’s healthcare business for over twelve years.

She is a leader who cares deeply about women in STEM, acting as a role model and mentor to girls and women, encouraging them to persist in their STEM career aspirations. She looks to combining her technology and personal experiences to help bring gender parity in the STEM area and ensure girls have the necessary opportunities and support to pursue careers in science and technology.

Aruna holds a Masters Degree in Computer Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University.
