Alicia Arroyo Lucas | Chapter Director
Alicia is a Director at MobileNet Services, an engineering firm that specializes in delivering RF services to the wireless industry, with clients such as, Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, Ericsson, and Crown Castle. Prior to MobileNet, she worked as an Implementation Manager at Ericsson and a Field Engineer at Nortel Networks.
In 2017, Alicia launched Connecting Women of MobileNet, an internal organization focused on supporting female roles within the company through education and collaboration. She has a Bachelor’s in Telecommunications from DeVry University, an M.B.A. with emphasis in Project Management from Keller Graduate School and is PMP certified. In 2013, she was honored with the DeVry Alumni Association Rising Star award and in 2017 she was recognized as an Outstanding Executive in Technology, an award presented by the non-profit Advancing Women in Technology. Alicia is also an active member of the Project Management Institute, Women’s Wireless Leadership Forum, Women In Technology International, and the National Hispanic Business Women Association.
Alicia is a compassionate leader that looks at the challenges young girls face today and sees opportunities for their achievement through organizations like ChickTech. She is honored to lead the Orange County chapter in making a difference in our community and across our nation.
